The single-breasted Chesterfield. Refined over a suit or knitwear
A single-breasted Chesterfield has a relatively shallow overlap at the front, making it a natural choice for a clean silhouette. Over a suit, it looks composed. Over a rollneck, it offers a relaxed way to enjoy tailored clothing.

A classic tailored appearance with unpadded shoulders
VESTA can make your coat with unpadded, unconstructed shoulders. Shoulder construction is a separate choice from whether the coat is single- or double-breasted.
When you wear a suit underneath, the jacket provides shape around the shoulder and the coat drapes over it. By allowing the coat to follow that shape, we can retain a tailored, classical appearance with an unpadded coat shoulder.
The relationship between the two garments matters. At the fitting, we assess the coat over your usual jacket and allow enough room for its shoulders while maintaining a clean outline.

Fit the shoulders, sleeves and length to your everyday clothes
