仕立ては国内一貫。銀座店内のテーラールーム（アトリエ）でパターン確認と最終手縫い工程を近接管理。縫製技術者との距離が近いからこそ判断が早く手戻りが少ない。着心地と佇まいを決める要所は手縫いで丹念に（手縫い比率 約70%）。

As the weather turns sharply colder and requests for “I need it now” grow, VESTA by John Ford opens a Fast-Order Lane that keeps our luxury standard—hand cutting and approx. 70% hand-sewn work—while delivering in as little as 4 weeks (conditions apply).
Eligible items are suits and coats (selected models only). Choose from VESTA’s extensive archive of heritage mill fabrics to enjoy both speed and refinement.

Our “4-Week Lane” isn’t about cutting corners; it’s a system designed to deliver excellence—faster.

1) We secure top-tier materials in advance.
From Zegna and distinguished British mills to Italian premium components (full-canvas haircloth, linings, buttons), we pre-stock at our own risk. This eliminates typical overseas procurement/clearance delays, so once you decide, we can cut and start sewing immediately.

2) Made in Japan, with an in-store atelier.
All making is Japan-based, and our atelier inside the Ginza store lets us oversee patterns and final hand-sewing at close range. The proximity to craftsmen means faster decisions and fewer reworks. Comfort and silhouette-defining sections are hand-sewn with care (overall handwork ratio ≈ 70%).

3) We remove time—never quality.
Typical lead times for high-end made-to-order are 6–10 weeks, and 10–12+ weeks for full bespoke. VESTA operates with weekly slotting and a 24-hour spec-confirmation rule, enabling 4-week delivery (with fitting; conditions apply) for luxury hand-finished garments.
