ご利用規約：

・チケットの有効期限はご購入後6ヶ月です。

・ヴェスタにてスーツ、ジャケット、コートのオーダーにご利用いただけます。

・オーダーアイテム、お直しサービス共に、金額がチケットを下回る場合、差額の返金はできませんのでご了承ください。

・ご購入者とご利用者が異なる場合は、ご来店ご予約時にその旨ご連絡ください。

・ヴェスタでは通常、特殊な事情を除き他社製品のお直しをお承りしておりませんが、このチケットに限り、また製品が当社対応可能商品であることを確認した上で、他社製品もお受けいたしますので、ご相談ください。

・お直しの納期は時期と内容により２週間〜6ヶ月いただきます。

TERMS OF USE:

• The ticket is valid for 6 months after purchase.
• The ticket can be used for ordering suits, jackets, and coats at Vesta.
• Please note that if the amount for the ordered items or alteration services is less than the value of the ticket, no refund for the price difference will be provided.
• If the purchaser and user are different individuals, please inform us at the time of booking.
• While Vesta generally does not accept alterations of products from other companies except under special circumstances, with this ticket, we will accept alterations for products from other companies upon confirmation that the product is compatible with our services. Please consult with us.
• The delivery time for alterations ranges from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on the timing and complexity.
